2. Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full before dispatch.
We accept credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods listed at checkout.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2-5 working days (excluding pre-orders).
Delivery times vary based on location and courier services.
Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. To resolve the issue, you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping provider. We’re happy to assist where possible.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of pet products, we cannot accept returns
Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot accept returns due to contamination risks.(Food safety & hygeine)
Our treats are freshly baked, ensuring top quality, and cannot be resold or restocked.
NO RETURNS & NO REFUNDS.

5. Stockists & Affiliates

Stockists must be approved before selling our products.
Some stockists prefer to remain anonymous, while others may be featured on our socials—this is entirely optional.

6. Product Use & Liability

Our treats are made from quality, dog-friendly ingredients, but owners should always check ingredients for potential allergies.
We are not liable for any adverse reactions—always supervise your dog when trying new treats.
